Scott Cole & Associates, APC filed this class action against this health and fitness company on behalf of all of the company's "Group X" Instructors (during the applicable claims period) to recover overtime pay, related penalties and un-reimbursed expenses. The court certified a class of California "Group X" Instructors in 2009.
