From time to time, Scott Cole & Associates holds informational seminars on employees’ rights in the workplace. Current topics include:

  This discussion addresses why companies often incorrectly classify management and non-management positions as “salaried” and deprive them of overtime pay. This seminar is of special interest to delivery, restaurant, financial services and retail positions.

  This program includes a discussion of recent class action settlements in the retail and fast food industries.
