Carrie S. Lin joined Scott Cole & Associates as an Associate Attorney in 2007. Ms. Lin is a graduate of New York University (B.A., Comparative Literature) and of U.C. Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 2005), where she received the Cali Award in Federal Government Contracts. While in law school, Ms. Lin worked as an honors law clerk for the Corporate Responsibility and Energy Division of the Attorney General Office, and as a law clerk for San Francisco Superior Court Judges James Warren and Ronald Quidachay.
Prior to joining Scott Cole & Associates, Ms. Lin worked as an associate attorney at a products liability and personal injury firm in Novato, California. She is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Northern District Court of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
