Kevin Robert Allen serves as an Associate Attorney for Scott Cole & Associates, APC. Mr. Allen graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., English) and among the highest tier from the University of Santa Clara School of Law, where he served as a Technical Editor of its Law Review and won the Witkin Awards in both Criminal Procedure and Antitrust law. Moreover, while in law school, Mr. Allen spent a semester as the judicial intern to Administrative Law Judge Gerald Etchingham, in the San Francisco office of the United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ).
Mr. Allen is a member of the California State Bar as well as the Contra Costa and Alameda County Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice before the Northern and Southern District Courts of California.
