IPAD FALSE ADVERTISING/OVERHEATING QUESTIONNAIRE

Our law firm has filed a false advertising claim against Apple, Inc., based upon allegations that Apple misrepresents the capacities of the iPad tablet computer. Our investigation shows that the iPad overheats quickly, even under conditions far below the temperature limitations listed on Apple website. The lawsuit does not claim the iPad is inherently defective; rather, it asks Apple to be more accurate in how it promotes this product.
